As all products are printed specifically after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Approved replacement requests will be processed as quickly as possible.
